Our Director of Coaching, Hani Rabi, has helped many players over the past 25 years to achieve their goals in playing soccer at the collegiate level and beyond. The clubs trainers are committed in developing our players' technical and tactical skills to properly position them so they have the ability to pursue their goals to play at the collegiate level.

Our collegiate development program begins at the within the All Star Soccer Academy when before the kids enter into our Rangers program. At this level we focus on the development of their individual technical skills. It is vitally important to have the technical skills before developing the tactical skills as this allows the kids to fully reach their potential. For those that enter our program as teenagers, we focus on the development of both the technical and tactical skills simultaneously through our Rangers teams.

The hardest part about our program is making the decision and the commitment to succeed. Our training is quickly becoming known as being the best in the Midwest and with our partnership with the Scotland Rangers, our club is positioned to provide our members with the best opportunity to play at the collegiate and professional levels.
